created to help see how stressed we are. The test has been around for
decades. This app keeps track of your score, then plots your score. The
score and graph can be emailed to your health care provider or your
family member. Now you can prove how stressed you really are.
The application has some sounds that are from 100 sounds and ringtones. The three categories are:
funny: (burp, Farting long, Fart, Flush)
Soothing: (Heart rate normal, Joy to the world, Rain, Rain forrest, Thunderstorm, White Noise, Wind)
Positive sounds: (Cheering, Clapping, Excellent, Good Job, Great, Kisses, One small step, Reveille, Right).
It also has a list of resources for helping you manage stress.
